One Visit Dentistry
Smiles by Lynch and Cerec are proud to present One visit Dentistry. With our latest technology, your permanent crown can be made in our office in just one visit. No more temporaries, or additional visits while waiting for that new crown to come in.

Dexis
Dexis is our digital x-ray system.  It delivers up to 80% less radiation to our patients, and also allows for better diagnosis through the use of large, easy to view, digitally enhanced x-rays.  Our office was the first in the area to use this technology. 

Dr. Lynch has written several articles on digital radiography and lectures to other offices across the nation on implementing this technology.

Diagnodent
The Diagnodent is an amazing instrument that provides for painless detection of tooth decay.  It uses a beam of light set to a specific wavelength to find areas of decay.  A huge improvement over traditional methods, this new process allows us to find and treat decay in its earliest stage.  This means more conservative fillings and less removal of tooth structure.  Dr. Lynch was among the first in the area to embrace this technology and has been asked to serve as a consultant for the manufacturer.

Delight Laser
No shot, no drill, no needles, no numb lip, and no pain.  In many cases, this laser actually replaces the dental drill.  That’s right!  Cavities can be repaired painlessly. 

Dr. Lynch was among the first in Alabama to offer this service over seven years ago. He has written several articles on its use and has lectured on the subject both in the US and abroad.  Our patients love it!

Diode Laser
The Diode Laser is a great addition to our dental toolbox.  The diode helps us sculpt the tissue. Especially in patients with “gummy smiles”.  Many smiles are made beautiful by using the Diode to manipulate the tissue and change the look completely.

Cavitron/Prophy-Jet
These little technological marvels help us to do your dental your dental cleanings quicker, better and more comfortably even in patients with significant buildup of plaque and tartar.  They help to make your teeth exceptionally clean and remove the toughest stains with ease.
